PNP RECRUITMENT: CY 2021 Patrolman/Patrolwoman Recruitment Program


The Philippine National Police Recruitment and Selection Service (PNP RSS) announced the opening of recruitment for new Police Officers (Patrolman/Patrolwoman) for Calendar Year 2021 PNP Recruitment Program. The Comprehensive Online Recruitment Processing System (CORPS) for  PRO 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, PRO COR and Special Action Force (SAF) will officially open on April 15, 2021 at exactly 8:00 AM.

  • For those applicants who are under height who are under height, kindly secure height waiver from NAPOLCOM.
  • Visit your dentist for dental check-up prior reporting at the recruitment venue;
  • Bring your normal ECG Result issued by government hospital/doctor, and
  • Bring your RT-PCR with negative result (within 48 hours).
Prior to the schedule and upon receipt of the announcement/notice to report at the venue, submit the above required ECG and RT-PCR results and documentary requirements and coordinate with your respective unit/office recruitment officer as to your processing schedule at the recruitment venue.



Qualifications


These are the basic qualifications set by Republic Act (RA) No. 6975, as amended by RA 8551:

1. A citizen of the Philippines;

2. A person of good moral character;

3. Must have passed the psychiatric/psychological, drug and physical tests to be administered by the PNP;

4. Must possess a formal baccalaureate degree from a recognized learning institution;

5. Eligible

Any of the following:
  • PNP Entrance (NAPOLCOM)
  • Civil Service Eligibility Professional Level
  • RA 6506 (Criminologist)

6. Must not have been dishonorably discharged from military employment or dismissed for cause from any civilian position in the government;

7. Must not have been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude;

8. Must be at least one meter and sixty-two centimeters (1.62m) in height for male and one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57m);

9. Must weigh no more or less than 5 kilograms from the standard weight corresponding to his/her height, age and sex; and

10. Must not be less than twenty-one (21) nor more than thirty (30) years of age.

NOTE: An applicant shall be considered to be 21 years of age on his/her 21st birthday and shall be considered more than thirty (30) years of age on his/her 31st birthday.



Physical Agility Test


All applicants are required to pass all the events of PAT and must meet the following minimum standard:
a. Sit-up:           Male-35 (1 Minute), Female-25 (Minute)
b. Push-up:       Male-35 (1 Minute), Female-25 (1 Minute)
c. 3Km Run:     Male- 19 Minutes, Female- 21 Minutes

To avoid any disqualification, kindly double check all the documents to be uploaded. All male applicants who pretended to be female (vice-versa) and was able to register shall be removed from the list and will not be considered even if they already have QR Code.






Please do not make multiple applications. The system will mark you DQ when you do so. Access immediately because it is a "first COME-first SAVE" basis system.

Salary


Successful candidates will be appointed to the initial rank of Police Patrolman with a monthly base pay of P29,668.00 with other mandated allowances and benefits.


What is an appointment under a Waiver Program?


1. The age, height and weight for initial appointment to the PNP may be waived only when the number of qualified applicants falls below the approved national;/regional quota;

2. The NAPOLCOM en banc may grant height waiver to a member of an indigenous group within the region as certified by the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) or Office on Muslim Affairs (OMA);

3. Waiver of the age requirement may be granted only provided the applicant is not less than 20 nor more than 35 years of age;

4. Waiver of the height requirement may granted to a male applicant who is 1.57 m and a female applicant who is 1.52 m. A lower height requirement may be set for applicants belonging to indigenous group as certified by the NCIP.


What are the documents required in filing application for waivers?


a. Civil Service Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
b. NSO-authenticated Birth Certificate;
c. Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility;
d. Authenticated Transcript of Records/Diploma;
e. Certificate of Trainings/Special Skills;
f. Annual recruitment quota (to be provided by the PNP);
g. Worksheet of Final Deliberation
h. Certification under oath that there are no more qualified candidates to fill the quota;
i. Justification/Board Resolution recommending the applicant for a waiver; and NCIP certificate (for height waiver applicants only)

NOTE: The application for grant waiver must be endorsed by the Director/Regional Director of the processing unit to the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management for subsequent processing.




What are the factors to be considered in the grant of waivers?


1. Outstanding accomplishments or possession of special skills in law enforcement, police work, martial arts, marksmanship and similar skills;

2. Special talents in the field of sports, music and others; and Extensive experience or training in training in forensic science and other technical services.
