The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is the lead anti-drug law enforcement agency, responsible for preventing, investigating and combating any dangerous drugs, controlled precursors and essential chemicals within the Philippines.

Who are Qualified to Apply

Qualifications for Intelligence Officer 1:

 

a. 21 – 35 years old

b. 5’2” in height for male, 5’ in height for female (with NCIP-issued Certificate of Confirmation (COC) if under height)

c. Baccalaureate degree holder

d. Eligible for Career Service Second Level Position (CS Professional / Board exam passer / qualified by CSC / under special laws)

e. Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines

 

f. Willing to undergo 6 to 7 months rigid training

NOTE: Please take note that PNP entrance eligibility, Fire Officer Eligibility, Penology Officer Eligibility, Barangay Official Eligibility (BOE), and others equivalent to a first-level eligibility are not accepted.

Do not apply if you are not:

• Computer literate
• Of good moral background
• Physically fit
• Proficient in oral & written communication skills

A. Application letter addressed to the Director General, PDEA

B. Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CSC Form Number 212) 

• Computerized / encoded
• Cell phone number/s & e-mail address/es must be indicated in PDS.

PDEA does not have a set quota. If the applicants submit the complete documentary requirements and pass the screening and all exams, they are assured of a slot for the training at the PDEA Academy in Silang, Cavite.
