The Philippine Navy will conduct the 1st Leg of Mobile Recruitment for CY 2024. The activity will take place aboard various Naval Operating Forces to accommodate applicants for the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and Sailor Basic Course (SBC).

Note: The Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL), Navforsol - Philippine Navy (NFSL), Naval Forces West (NFW) and Navforcen PN (NFC) will only cater to NOCC applicants.
Qualifications for Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Baccalaureate degree holder (preferably technical courses)
- At least 20 years old but not a day older than 26 years old on the date of application and not a day older than 27 years old upon appointment as Probationary Ensign / Probationary 2LT.
- Height of not less than 5'0" (152.4 cm)
- Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
- Of good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit for training

- Diploma
- Transcript of Records

Qualifications for Sailor Basic Course (SBC)
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Has completed 12 years of basic education under K-12 program or has at least 72 units of a collegiate course from an educational institution recognized by the government, or at least completed from TESDA any technical course with National Certificate (NCII)
- At least 18 years old but not a day older than 24 years and 5 months old on the date of application and not a day older than 25 years and 5 months upon appointment as Candidate Sailor / Soldier.
- Height of not less than 5'0" (152.4 cm)
- Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
- Of good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit for training
