Meet the qualifications

 

A. General Line Officers (GLO)
 
 
PCG Officers with the entry rank of Ensign (PhP 43,829/month)
 
  • Natural-born Filipino citizen
  • Good Moral Character
  • Single
  • At least twenty-one (21) years old but not more than Twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of Appointment in the PCG service
  •  At least 5’2″ (157.48 cm) for Male and 5’0″ (152.4 cm) for Female 
  • Physically and Mentally qualified under the existing regulations for PCG service
  •  Baccalaureate Degree Holder 
  • With Professional Civil Service Eligibility or PRC License, Marina License for Officers, Pilot License issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) or Any equivalence as may be determined and approved by the Command

B. Technical Line Officers (TLO)
 
 
TLO with the rank of CG Lieutenant upon Commissionship (PhP 56,582/month)
(Lawyers, Medical Doctors, Dentist, Veterinarians and Chaplain) 
 
TLO with the rank of Ensign upon Commissionship (PhP 43,829/month.)
(Nurses, Medical Technologist, Psychologist, Physical Therapist and other professions considered by the Command as Technical)
 
  • Natural-born Filipino citizen

  • Good Moral Character

  • Single or Married
- For Lawyers, Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Dentists, Chaplain
 
- At least twenty-six (26) but not more than thirty-six (36) years of age at the date of appointment in PCG Service
  •  Single

    - For Nurses, Psychologists, Psychometrician, Physical Therapist or other technical profession of the same level

    - At least twenty-one (21) but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of appointment in PCG Service

  • At least 5'0" (152.4 cm) in height for both male or female

  • Physically and mentally fit
  •  Bar Passer for Lawyers
  • Board Passer in their respective fields of profession

 

C. Enlistment for Non-Commissioned Officer
 

Non-Commissioned Officers in the PCG Service (PhP 29,668/month)

 

  • Natural-born Filipino citizen
  • Good Moral character;
  • Single;
  • At least eighteen (18) but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of appointment in the PCG Service.
  • At least 5'2" (157.48 cm) in height for male and and 5.0 (152.4 cm) for female;
  • A graduate of K-12 degree program, or earned at least seventy-two (72) units in college in only one (1) course as reflected in the Transcript of Records (TOR) or a Baccalaureate Degree holder
  • With Sub Professional Civil Service Eligibility or higher; or with TESDA National Certificate (NCII) as identified priority skills and competency as required

  •  NBI Clearance
  •  Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) with receipt
  • College Diploma (if any)
  •  Transcript of Records (TOR)

  • 4R Colored Full Body Picture
  •  2x2 Latest ID Picture with White Background and Name Tag

6. Refer to the provided list of Human Resource Management Units / Districts and their corresponding addresses to select your preferred processing area.

7. Correct / legitimate personal information in mandatory in creating account. Use of nickname is not allowed.

8. Incorrect information may invalidate application

 

UPDATE: Due to heavy traffic PCG  website, you may experience some delays. All aspiring applicants are directed to proceed to the nearest Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) to submit their applications. Please ensure you bring the original copies of the above initial requirements together with accomplished Application Form.
